Wedding Dress Cleaning in Champagne

Preserve Your Wedding Dress in Champagne Bubbles

Sounds silly doesn't it?

If you walked into your local dry cleaner they would probably clean your wedding dress in "perc" which is a pretty nasty chemical. (95% of US dry cleaners clean in perc.)

Arthur Copeland Cleaners doesn't use perc, we stopped using it back in November 2009.

After years of research we found a great method of cleaning wedding dresses (and regular clothes) that uses liquid CO2, which happens to be the same stuff that makes the bubbles in champagne.

This process is so rare that there are only 14 machines worldwide.

While we don't actually use champagne bubbles, it's pretty darn close.

Cleaning your dress properly and responsibly is the first step in our all natural preservation process. Our staff's mantra at our wedding dress cleaning workshop is "like-new"; that's how dedicated we are to cleaning your dress. We want to achieve as close to perfection as possible.

Let me give you a tip. The most important part of the preservation process is the cleaning of your dress. This is the hard part and the step that many companies skimp on.

After your dress is cleaned to Arthur Copeland's "like-new" standard, we then "do" our preservation magic.

We were taught the correct way to preserve wedding dresses from major museums. Our head preservationist studied fine art conservation at the School of Visual Arts and New York University. We don't preserve using "hocus-pocus", we simply "do" what museums do.

You can open your storage vessel anytime to look at your dress, in fact we encourage you to do so.

Preservation of your wedding dress doesn't have to be complicated, and yes your dress can be cleaned in champagne bubbles!
